Shipping Policy

All TSP pieces are handmade in our studio in Tbilisi, Georgia, and shipped worldwide.

1. Production Time

Because each piece is crafted to order:

  • Ready-to-ship items: Dispatched within 3–5 business days.

  • Made-to-order / Custom pieces: Please allow 1–2 weeks for production before your item is shipped. You will receive a confirmation email once your piece is ready.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer international shipping via FedEx, DHL, or Georgian Post.

  • Standard International: 10–21 business days.

  • Express Shipping: 5–10 business days.

  • Domestic (Georgia): 1–3 business days.

Note: These are estimated times. Delays can occur due to customs processing or local postal service issues in the destination country.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.

4. Customs, Duties, & Taxes

International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and fees charged by their respective countries.

  • These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

  • We are required by law to declare the full value of the items on customs forms.

  • We cannot mark items as "gifts" to avoid fees.

5. Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping costs to resend the item.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Damaged during transit: If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and the item.

  • Lost packages: While we are not responsible for packages lost by the carrier, we will do our best to help you track them down or file a claim. We strongly recommend choosing a shipping method with insurance for high-value pieces.
